Stirling, Dunblane, Alloa Electrification (SDA)

Project Overview: The SDA Project is part of the overall Edinburgh to Glasgow Improvement Project (EGIP). It is an extension of new Electrification from Stirling to Dunblane to Alloa. It is a multi-discipline Project from Design through to Commissioning (GRIP Stages 4 to 8). Included within the scope, there was also major upgrades to several stations and bridges, and had significant utility work required along the route throughout the Project.

Role: Planning Manager contracted to Costain. The role involved developing and maintaining the multidiscipline, integrated Programme of works, including the production of periodic metrics, corporate reports and management of change. This was an NR12 Contract.
