Overview of Services

Provision of experienced and reliable resource to manage the entire SPL Scotland workbank. This includes implementing consistent planning protocols across all projects to help drive efficiency and standardisation within the Scotland business.

Working on behalf of SPL and at their request, Insight now hold two critical roles within the Levenmouth Reconnected Project. One being the Planning and Controls Lead, forming part of the Integrated Management Delivery Team, and the other being the Integration Planning Manager, responsible for the integration of all delivery partner programme of works.

Our collaborative approach and ability to deliver has helped build and maintain our relationship with the SPL management team, where we continue to support the business in line with their requirements.
