Supporting Siemens Mobility in the provision of Project Planning Services for Traction Power within the TransPennine Route Upgrade (TRU) West of Leeds Project.

The role involves working within an Alliance environment; this brings its own complexities due to the number of organisations involved, particularly with regards to programme integration. Despite the challenges, Insight provide Siemens with the programme confidence expected and, as a result, we have been engaged on further commissions to provide planning support by way of labour supply to assist Siemens tendering teams.

We will continue to build our relationship with Siemens and provide the level of support to help them achieve their requirements.
