OVERVIEW OF SERVICES
Provision of planning support to the AmcoGiffen Scotland business, managing a portfolio of projects including the Argyle Lines Blockade Project. A key requirement of the role involves the development and management of detailed programmes coupled with robust reporting during a series of disruptive possessions.
Insight Project Controls have supported the AmcoGiffen tendering team with risk management expertise. The scope of which included facilitating risk management workshops and undertaking QSRA’s.
Insight Project Controls have been engaged by and continue to work with the Operations Director and the Regional Planning Manager to develop a suite of project controls processes which are to be implemented UK wide within the organisation. The purpose of this engagement is to provide clear and concise direction to the project controls function, documenting a framework based on best practice that can be continually adapted to meet organisational requirements.
