OVERVIEW OF SERVICES
Provision of planning support to the AmcoGiffen Scotland business, with our initial commission to manage the programme of works on the Argyle Lines Blockade Project. A key requirement of the role involved the development and management of a detailed integrated programme, coupled with consistent status reporting to all stakeholders throughout the duration of the blockade.
Insight Project Controls have supported the AmcoGiffen tendering team with risk management expertise, which included facilitating risk management workshops and undertaking QSRA’s.
Insight Project Controls were engaged by the Operations Director and the Regional Planning Manager to develop a suite of project controls processes and procedures which were to be implemented UK wide within the organisation. The purpose of this engagement was to provide clear and concise direction to the project controls function, documenting a framework based on best practice that can be continually adapted to meet organisational requirements.
The AmcoGiffen case study demonstrates our ability to introduce impactful change to an organisation through the generation of business processes and procedures.
