Since 2023, Insight Project Controls have been providing project planning services to H&MV Engineering within the Scotland region.

Operating solely on Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects, these projects are often turnkey EPCC and typically include installation of the required Balance of Plant and Grid Route connection works.

A key assignment is to develop and manage the programme of works on the largest BESS project in Europe (Coalburn 01 and 02), which is x2 500MW BESS sites situated in South Lanarkshire, Scotland.

Further to supporting the operational delivery of multiple projects, Insight provide support to the group through input to business quality assurance processes.
